I just pushed the 35th anniversary release with the following notable changes:
- - Romanian translation
- - "-D filter" now records the rules and hits
- - disallow adding some obsolte headers like Also-Control
- - utf8_graphics can be set to ellipsis only to replace any "..." with
  its unicode pendant
- - several bug fixes
