Please enter _detailed_ bug report, gripe or comment:

%F = show_author setting doesn't appear to be working correctly.

The "None" option is the only one that seems to work correctly. 
"Address", "Full name" and "Address and Name" options all seem to only 
show the first name in  the From field.
