[tin-dev] [tin 2.4.6] snapshots

One month later - next snapshots. Several bugs fixed and one new feature
added: posting history (reachable via DisplayPostHist ('W')) now can be used
to jump back to posted arts in some cases; see section "POSTING HISTORY
LISTING" in tin(1).

Any INN >= 2.3.0 users with trad spool around? The commented out bits in
art.c:find_nov_file() need some testing (did I guess the names right, ...),
Reading directly from the local spool, bypassing NNTP (for whatever reason).
