I'm just wondering what the benefit of start_editor_offset (tinrc and attributes) is when editor_format is freely configuarble (tinrc and attributes)? Are there any reasons not to remove this option - currently settings like start_editor_offset=OFF editor_format=%E +%N +F are possible but don't make sense - do they?
