[tin-dev] PCRE2 migration

Dear developers,
now that PCRE library is end of life[1] with 8.45 as the final release,
are there any plans to migrate to PCRE2? At Fedora Linux developers
mailing list, there's currently a discussion[2] about phasing out the
older PCRE library package and TIN was identified as one of the users.
