[tin-dev] [tin 2.6.2] snapshots with NNTPS and pcre2

This has been addressed
- there is now a ConnectionInfo screen available via 'J' from select-,
  group-, thread- and page-level
- the tinmsglog is now written as msglog in the same location as the serverrc
