[tin-dev] [tin 2.6.3] snapshots

Like expected due to limited testing before the 2.6.2 release a few build
issues did show up right after the release - they should be fixed with
the snapshot (details below). The SSL/TLS configure stuff is getting more
and more ugly, feel free to improve it.
