[tin-dev] [tin 2.6.5] snapshots

New Snapshots available, some new features like extend
verbatim_handling options and set TCP_USER_TIMEOUT or
TCP_CONNECTIONTIMEOUT and TCP_RXT_CONNDROPTIME if available; dropped
ISO2ASC=6 (CP437) table. Also some minor bugfixes, and cleanups.
