[tin-dev] [tin 2.6.6] snapshots

New snapshots available. Not much new except turned utf8_graphics
from bool to int so it can be enabled for ellipsis only, tree and
indicator or both. Also revived the IRIX port. This is likely the
last snapshot before the next real release in about 6 weeks.
