[tin-dev] [tin 2.6.6] snapshots

New snapshots available. New cmd.-line option '-i file' to post a
pre-written article (can be combined with -w or -o). Disallow obsolete
Control-messages sendsys, version, whogets and senduuname and obsolete
headers Also-Control, Article-Names, See-Also, Article-Updates,
Date-Received, Posting-Version and Relay-Version and the ones which must
not be generated by client: Xref, Injection-Info, NNTP-Posting-Host and
NNTP-Posting-Date. mail_address in OptionMenu is now validated upon change.
And several bugfixes and cleanups.
