[tin-bugs] tin-2.2.1 does not compile

I have not seen such a warning.
Shouln't configure then terminate with an error?

Ok, I have installed bison now, but after rerunning configure I see:

configure: warning: no term-lib found, you might run into trouble later.

What does this mean?
