[tin-bugs] tin-2.2.1 does not compile

I don't think so, if configure terminates it doesn't write essential files
(i.e. the src/Makefile), a missing external programm might just not be in
the search path (or in the yacc case not required at all if on has a
preparsed version of parsdate.c).

no lib[n]curses[w], libtermcap or termlib (and related headers) found,
linking will very likely fail. -> install libncursesw5-dev (or whatever if
lib is named in yourn distro).
