[tin-users] How to read WHATSNEW?

I have just upgraded my xubuntu system from 19.10 to 20.04, when I
started tin for the first time on the upgraded system I got the
message:-

    You are upgrading to tin 2.4.4 from an earlier version.
    Some values in your tinrc file have changed!
    Read WHATSNEW, etc...

However I can't work out how to read WHATSNEW! :-)  I did find the
CHANGES file on tin.org and couldn't see anything hugely significant
in that, and tin still works fine.  It would be nice to know how to
read WHATSNEW though.
