[tin-users] How does tin set the cursor pointer (i.e. changes it from I-beam to an arrow)?

Yes, you're right! Changing to 'use_mouse=OFF' gives me an I-Beam
cursor in tin.

So, what does tin change so that the window manager and such change
the mouse pointer?
