[tin-users] What's .cancelsecret ?

I have just moved my local leafnode server and my tin installation to
a new system (later version of xubuntu).

I'm getting the followiing message when I post messages:-

    ERR: Can't open /home/chris/.cancelsecret

I see on the old system there's just an empty file ~/.cancelsecret,
obviously I can put the same on the new system but it would be nice to
know what it's for. :-)
