[tin-users] How does tin set the cursor pointer (i.e. changes it from I-beam to an arrow)?

There must be something that 'tells' XFCE though, everything else
(e.g. my mail program, or an editor) running in a terminal window just
gets the default I-Beam cursor, tin is the only case I have come
across where it changes to an arrow.
