[tin-users] How does tin set the cursor pointer (i.e. changes it from I-beam to an arrow)?

Brilliant, thank you, that's just what I wanted to know.  Now I can
get an arrow pointer as/when I need it in other places.  The I-Beam
pointer gets lost on my big terminal windows.
